• Stop privatization of food, laundry and other services to the military and stop U.S. military intervention into the affairs of other countries by reforming our foreign policy and by requiring a Congressional declaration of war before sending U.S. troops into other countries
• Implement programs to link parents, teachers and the community
• Shorten the work week for parents so they can participate in community service to their children’s schools
• Support the proposal to offer free universal community college education and vocation education and expand to all other public higher education
• Forgive student debt by legislative action
• Provide more grants and expand work study programs that pay a livable wage
