    • Increased programs for job skill training
    • Change 13th amendment to remove exception regarding slavery
    • All prison made goods should be labeled as such
    • Restore votes to all incarcerated – restore votes to felons

    • Prosecute US War Criminals with federal, state, and local courts

    • change policies in response to psychologically disturbed people such as for nonviolent incidents call for social worker or mental health workers for intervention

    • Consider different court guidelines for accused officers (ex. inspector general oversight)
    • Increase mental health services and all medical health services
    • Abolish institutions of torture
    • Close all for-profit prisons, which are exploitive and inhumane
